Payment Policy

For reservations with flexible rate plans credit card will be pre-authorized with the amount of the first night’s room rent, for validity check reasons only.
For reservations with Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable rate plans the total cost of all nights will be charged at the time of booking and it is not refundable.
20% deposit is required upon booking. An additional down payment of 30% should be paid until 14 days before arrival and full settlement of the total cost of the group’s reservation should be made at least 5 days before arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations with flexible rate plans can be cancelled free of charge till 3 days before arrival.
No cancellation is allowed for reservations with Pre-Paid/Non-Refundable rate plans, as special conditions apply.
Group reservations can be cancelled free of charge till 14 days before arrival. For cancellations between 14 and 5 days before arrival 50% of the total cost of booking will be charged. For cancellations within the last 5 days before arrival or Non-Shows the total cost of the reservation will be deducted.

Privacy Policy for 3rd party providers

We may use third-party service providers to process your personal information on our behalf. These third parties are required to use the personal information we share with them only to perform services on our behalf and to treat your personal information in compliance with all applicable privacy and data protection laws. For example, we may share some information about you with these third parties so that they can contact you directly by Email (e.g. to obtain post stay reviews about your travel experience).

Parking Service – Important Notice

Hotel Savoy is providing open-air and unsecured parking facilities for its customers, for short-term parking, free of charge (upon availability). Please note that we bear absolutely no liability for theft, fire and any damage caused by acts of our guests or third parties. Owners of parked vehicles must take all measures to secure their vehicles and all valuables / documents from their vehicles.

  • Upon arrival, the customer is advised to place all valuable items in the provided safeboxes (at the reception). Otherwise, the hotel is not liable for their possible loss. Article 20 (Law 1652/86)
