We’ve been busy this past couple of months, and it’s been all worth it!
Appreciating the fact that a good meal can make a difference in our lives, we have worked hard to update and upgrade our cuisine, for our hotel’s visitors and stayers. Inspired by the charismatic executive chef Patrick Maschas, the restaurant offers an À la carte menu, with options for a full meal with original appetizers, fresh salads, inspirational main dishes, and delicious desserts. The flavors contain strong influences from Greek cuisine, but also from modern Asian and Central European gastronomy. Meat, fish, and mushrooms for our vegan dishes, are the main source of protein in the meals, thus covering most dietary choices. Furthermore, quick snacks are available for guests with a tight schedule.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner from 12:00 to 22:00
